Refund policy

No refunds or exchanges are accepted on opened or used products. This includes all detailing products. 

Why this policy exists:

Many of our products are consumables that, once opened, cannot be resold due to contamination risks, potential misuse, or changes in formulation (e.g., exposure to air or improper storage). This helps us prevent the circulation of potentially unsafe or altered items while keeping our prices competitive for everyone.
Exceptions (for defective or damaged items only):
  • If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Unopened products in original, resaleable condition may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase (subject to 15% restocking fees or shipping costs, if applicable).
  • No returns on any discounted, sale or final sale items.
